QUESTION OF THE DAY
Today on PTI, Tony Kornheiser posited that if they put cameras in voluntary minicamps and aired them on ESPN, the ratings would be better than the NHL Finals. Do you agree?
(On a side note, I'm watching two women make love on Cinemax as a type this and I'll tell you two words I don't need to be thinking about while watching it: Tony. Kornheiser.)
#2 jeff said . . .Hard to say. Would it be a highlights reel touching on every team's minicamp? Would it be just one team per day, etc? I mean I would watch every second of the Bears minicamp and certainly tune for a number of other teams but I cant imagine that the majority of casual fans would tune in to watch some random teams do noncontact drills. Wait, the other alternative is hockey. Many more people would watch minicamps than hockey, its hockey. I mean how many people even knew Carolina had a team?
